About Us

Notary Mobile Services provides notary services to the public, businesses and government. We can address your Notary Public, Notary Signing Agent or Trusted Enrollment Agent needs whether they be paper or electronic notarizations, or digital signatures.

We provide these services in the individual's home, place of business, or at nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals and anywhere notarization of documents are requested. Proper identification is required and all parties to the notarization must be physically present. [FL Statutes 117.107(9)]

Coverage Area

Areas that are served include Brevard and Indian River counties as depicted on the default map to the right. Notary Mobile Services will travel within a radius of approximately 30 miles of Melbourne FL. Any needs beyond this distance would better be served by a Notary Public in closer proximity.

Services

We don't just sign and stamp, we validate identification and for acknowledgments, will ask you to acknowledge your signature and that you are executing the document(s) of your own free will. If you present a jurat for notarization, we will ask you to raise your right hand and swear (or affirm) that the information contained in the document is true. [FL Statutes 117.03, 117.04]

Paper-based is available. Neither Brevard nor Indian River counties are set up for electronic recordation, even though Notary Mobile Services can do eNotarizations.

Real Estate signings include: Refinancing, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM), Sales and Purchase, Home Improvement Loans, Property Tax Deferral (PTD) loans, Deferred Payment Loans (DPL) and Proprietary Reverse Mortgages. Specific, fee-based services include:

We are contracted to identify persons seeking an electronic identity credential, or digital certificate, for the purpose of electronically signing and encrypting electronic records and documents. These documents are typically required for transacting business between domestic and foreign government agencies and various industries, such as: medical, biopharmaceutical, aerospace and defense. We are a Trusted Enrollment Agent for the following entities:
