About Us

We provide notarial services at our home office or in the individual's home, place of business, at nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals and anywhere notarization of documents are requested. Proper identification is required and all parties to the notarization must be physically present. [FL Statutes 117.107(9)]

Coverage Area

Areas that are served include Brevard and northern Indian River counties as depicted on the default map to the right. Notary Mobile Services will travel within a radius of approximately 15 miles of Melbourne FL. Any needs beyond this distance would better be served by a Notary Public in closer proximity.

The Notarial Act

We are not just a "sign and stamp it" notary. We will validate your identification. If you present an acknowledgment, we will ask you to acknowledge your signature and if you are executing the document(s) of your own free will. If you present a jurat for notarization, we will ask you to raise your right hand and swear (or affirm) that the information contained in the document is true. [FL Statutes 117.03, 117.04]
