[For borrowers who had their loan documents sent to them]
Document Format
Loan or refinance documents received through the mail.
If you received your documents in the mail or via courier, you probably received two sets, one to sign and send back and the other to review and keep for your records. That's pretty simple.
Loan/Refi docs through the internet.
If your lender or title company called and told you your documents were ready for downloading and printing, you should be aware that the loan package could contain a mix of paper sizes (letter and legal). If you don't have a printer which can detect the embedded sizing, you'll end up printing legal size documents on letter size paper.
Notary Mobile Services uses a high speed, dual-drawer printer to facilitate printing of these document sets. Give us a call and we'll print the set out for you, two copies in fact--one to send back after notarization and the other to keep for your records.
Notarial Fees
We charge based on travel distance to your location (or not, if you sign the documents at our office), and the number of notarial seals we place on the documents. The fee structure is the same as it would be for a client with individual notarial needs. There are typically 2 - 5 notarizations in a loan package. Your fees will never exceed fees charged to third parties (lenders/title companies) regardless of how large the loan package might be.
We'd be happy to chat with you to understand your needs and if we can be of assistance. We can set up a time to meet either at your home or business, or at our office in Melbourne FL near Florida Institute of Technology. Just give us a call at: (321) 591-9658 or email us at: glenn@notarymobilesvcs.com.
